Share your store link with customers
Your store has a public URL the moment you finish setup — either a free <your-store>.launchmystore.io subdomain or your own custom domain. Sharing that URL is how you bring buyers in.
Find and copy your store URL
- Sign in to your admin.
- The URL is shown in the header — click the icon next to it to copy.
- Or open Settings > Store details to see and copy both the LaunchMyStore subdomain and any custom domain.
- Click the Visit store button to verify the link in a new tab.
Where to share it
- Social bios — Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
- Direct chat — WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, iMessage.
- Email signature — every email you send is a quiet ad.
- Google Business Profile — add the URL to your listing.
- QR codes — print on packaging, flyers, business cards.
- Marketplace listings — Etsy/eBay product descriptions can link to your store.
Use UTM parameters to track campaigns
Append UTMs so analytics can attribute the click correctly:

The Traffic dashboard groups visits by UTM source, medium, and campaign — so you can see which channel is actually working.
Use a custom domain
For brand credibility, set up a custom domain like shop.yourbrand.com under Settings > Domains. Buyers are more likely to trust a branded URL.

Can I change my LaunchMyStore subdomain?
Yes — under Settings > Store details, update the store handle. Old URLs redirect to the new one for a grace period.
Do I need a custom domain to launch?
No. You can sell on the free subdomain. Most merchants add a custom domain shortly after launch for SEO and branding.
How do I share a specific product instead of the homepage?
Open the product, copy the URL from the address bar (it looks like /products/<handle>), and share that. You can also share collection URLs (/collections/<handle>).
Will the link work on mobile?
Yes — themes are responsive by default.
Can I generate a QR code in the admin?
Yes — under Marketing > Marketing assets you can download a QR code for your store URL or any specific product/collection URL.
