Track your referrals and earnings
The Affiliates page in your admin shows how your referral link is doing, what you've earned, and every commission behind those numbers. Open it from the sidebar.
Your balances
- Available — commission you can withdraw now.
- In payout — amounts you've asked to be paid out that haven't been paid yet.
- Total earned — all the commission you've earned, minus any that was reversed after a refund.
- Paying customers — how many of the stores you referred have earned you a commission.
Rupee and dollar earnings are separate balances. Each figure shows your INR amount, with a USD amount next to it whenever that figure has US dollars in it.
How your link is doing
This panel follows the people you send, step by step:
- Link visits — people who opened your referral link. Repeat visits from the same person count once.
- Sign-ups — stores linked to you, with the share of visits that signed up.
- Paying customers — stores that have earned you a commission, with the share of sign-ups that paid.
Switch between Last 30 days and All time at the top of the panel.
Sign-ups can be higher than link visits. A store that enters your code at checkout is linked to you without ever opening your link, and visits made before visit tracking started aren't counted.
The Referrals tab
Every commission you've earned is listed here:
- Referral — the store and its email address.
- Type — Signup for the first payment of a plan, Renewal for the payments after it, and Coupon when the store used a promo code that LaunchMyStore issued for you.
- Date — when the commission was created.
- Status — completed when the payment went through and you were credited, pending when the store started checkout with your code but hasn't paid yet, and reversed when the payment was refunded and the commission taken back.
- Commission — the amount and its currency.
Click any row to see its details, including the invoice the commission came from.
Export your commissions
Click Export CSV to download all your commissions as a spreadsheet, with the date, store name, store email, type, status, amount, currency and invoice of each one.
The Payouts tab
The Payouts tab lists the payouts you've requested and where each one stands. See Get paid: add a payout account and request a payout.
FAQ
A store I referred isn't in the Referrals list. Why?
A store appears in the list once it pays for a plan, or starts checkout with your code. Stores that have signed up but haven't paid yet are counted under Sign-ups.
Why did my Available balance go down?
Either you requested a payout, which moves the amount to In payout, or a payment was fully refunded and its commission was reversed. Reversed commissions show the reversed status in the Referrals tab.
Can I see which link visits turned into sign-ups?
The panel shows totals and conversion rates. The Referrals tab lists each store that has earned you commission, with its email address.
