Get paid: add a payout account and request a payout

Your partner earnings are paid to a bank account or PayPal address that you add on the Affiliates page. Rupee earnings go to an Indian bank account; dollar earnings go to an international bank account or to PayPal.

1. Accept the partner program terms

The first time you open Affiliates, a Partner program terms card sums up how the program works. Click Accept terms. You only do this once. Until you do, the Request payout button stays greyed out.

2. Add a payout account

  1. On the Affiliates page, click Payout accounts.
  2. Choose Local bank or International, then click Add payout account.
  3. Fill in the details and click Save account:
    • Local bank — an Indian bank account, paid from your INR balance: account holder name, account number, IFSC code and account type.
    • International — paid from your USD balance: account holder name and destination type. For a Bank transfer, add the account number, IBAN, bank name and bank address. For PayPal, add your PayPal email address.

You can add more than one account, and remove any of them from the same window.

3. Request a payout

  1. Click Request payout.
  2. Under Destination, choose the account to pay into. The account decides the currency: a local bank account is paid from your INR balance, and an international account or PayPal from your USD balance.
  3. Enter the Amount, or click Use max to request everything available.
  4. Click Request payout.

The amount moves from Available to In payout straight away, so the same money can't be requested twice.

Payout limits

  • Minimum: ₹2,000 from your INR balance, or $100 from your USD balance.
  • Maximum: what is Available in that currency.
  • Whole amounts only — no decimals.
  • Payouts go only to accounts added on your own Affiliates page.

4. Follow your payout

Open the Payouts tab to see each request and its status:

  • In_process — received and waiting to be paid.
  • Paid — the money has been sent.
  • Reject — the request was declined, and the amount went back to your Available balance.

FAQ

Why is the Request payout button greyed out?

Hover over it to see why: either you haven't accepted the partner program terms yet, or there's nothing available to withdraw. If you haven't added a payout account, the payout window takes you to add one.

Can I receive my rupee earnings by PayPal or into a bank account outside India?

No. INR earnings are paid to an Indian bank account. USD earnings are paid to an international bank account or PayPal.

Can I change or cancel a payout I've requested?

A request can't be edited once it's sent. If something is wrong, contact support from your admin.

My partner account is suspended. Can I still withdraw?

Yes. Money already in your balance can still be paid out.
