Ship multiple orders at once

Shipping orders one by one is fine when volume is small, but at busier times you'll want to fulfil dozens of orders in a single batch. LaunchMyStore lets you select multiple orders and buy labels, print packing slips, and send shipment notifications together.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Orders in the admin.
  2. Filter to the orders you want to ship — for example "Paid" + "Unfulfilled" + a specific warehouse.
  3. Tick the orders to include in the batch (or use the header checkbox to select all on the page).
  4. Click Bulk actions → Ship.
  5. Pick the carrier (LaunchMyStore Delivery, Shippo, EasyPost, or your installed carrier app).
  6. Enter package details — you can re-use a saved package preset to skip dimensions for each order.
  7. Confirm and pay for all labels in one transaction.
  8. Download the combined PDF of labels and packing slips, print, and stick.

What to ship together

The fastest batches are filtered by:

  • Warehouse — only ship orders that leave the same pickup address.
  • Courier service — standard, express, or economy — so all packages take the same handling.
  • Day cut-off — orders that need to be on today's pickup truck.

Tracking and customer emails

For every order in the batch, the tracking number flows back automatically and the shipment confirmation email goes out using your standard template. You don't need to email customers individually.

Refunds and reprints

If a label is misprinted, you can void or reprint it from the order detail page within the carrier's allowed window (usually 24–72 hours). Refunded label fees credit back to your carrier wallet.

FAQ

How many orders can I ship in one batch?

Up to 250 per batch. For bigger jobs, run multiple batches in sequence.

Can I mix warehouses in one batch?

No — each batch ships from a single pickup address. Filter by warehouse before selecting orders.

Does a batch ship-action affect inventory?

Inventory was already deducted when the order was placed. Shipping in bulk only changes the fulfilment status to shipped and attaches tracking numbers.

What if one order in the batch fails?

The other orders still ship. The failed order stays unfulfilled and the error reason (address validation, weight missing, etc.) shows on the order detail page so you can fix and retry.

Can my staff do this?

Yes — the Employee staff role and any role with the Fulfil orders permission can bulk-ship.
