Track your orders
Every order you place on a LaunchMyStore-powered store comes with an order status page where you can see exactly where your shipment is. Here are the three easiest ways to open it.
1. From the confirmation email
When you placed the order, you received a confirmation email with the subject "Order confirmed". It contains:
- Order number
- Items, quantities, and total
- Shipping address
- A View your order button that opens the live status page
That status page is the source of truth — it updates the moment the seller marks the order as packed, shipped, or delivered, and shows the carrier and tracking number when available.
2. From your account
If you signed in or created an account at checkout:
- Open the store's URL and click Account (top right).
- Sign in with the email you used.
- Open Orders to see every order, its status, and the order detail page.
3. From the SMS or WhatsApp update
If the seller has SMS or WhatsApp notifications enabled, you'll get a message at each stage (placed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered) with a link to the status page.
Order statuses
- Confirmed — payment received, seller is preparing the order.
- Packed / Ready to ship — items are being packed.
- Shipped — handed to the carrier; tracking number is now active.
- Out for delivery — last-mile in progress.
- Delivered — successfully delivered.
- Cancelled / Refunded — see refund info in the same view.
FAQ
I never received the confirmation email — what now?
Check spam/junk and the "Promotions" tab. Search for the store name. If still missing, contact the seller (their email is in their store footer) — they can resend the order email.
How do I track from the carrier site?
The status page shows the carrier name and tracking number. Click the tracking link to open the carrier's own tracking page.
My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it.
Check porches/mailbox, neighbors, and your building's reception. Contact the seller right away — most sellers can open a delivery dispute with the carrier within 7 days.
Can I track without an account?
Yes — the link in the order confirmation email works without signing in.
How do I contact LaunchMyStore support about tracking?
The seller is your primary contact for any order — they ship, pack, and have the carrier relationship. For technical issues with the order page itself, email [email protected].
