How to contact the seller

The seller is the business that owns the products and ships your order. LaunchMyStore is the platform the seller uses to run their store. For anything about your order — tracking, returns, refunds, exchanges, or product questions — the fastest path is to contact the seller directly.

Where to find the seller's contact info

  • Order confirmation email — the "from" address is the seller's support inbox. Replying goes straight to them. The email body usually includes a phone number too.
  • Store footer — open the store URL and scroll to the footer. Most stores show email, phone, address, and social links.
  • Contact page — most stores have a /pages/contact page with a contact form and details.
  • WhatsApp / SMS updates — if the seller sent you order updates via WhatsApp or SMS, just reply to that thread.
  • Social DMs — Instagram, Facebook, and X are usually linked from the footer and most small-business sellers reply there quickly.

What to include in your message

  • Your order number (in the confirmation email and on the status page).
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos if the item is damaged or wrong.
  • What outcome you want — refund, replacement, exchange, info, etc.

If you can't reach the seller

Most sellers reply within 1-2 business days. If you've tried multiple channels and waited a reasonable time, email [email protected] with the order number. We can confirm the store's status and try to relay your message — we don't process refunds ourselves, but we can usually help re-establish contact.

Why doesn't LaunchMyStore handle my order directly?

LaunchMyStore is the software platform. The seller is the merchant of record — they own the products, take the payment, and ship the order. Only the seller can change, refund, or replace an order.

The store's email bounces — what now?

Try the phone number, WhatsApp, and social channels. If none work, the store may have closed. Contact [email protected] with the order number for confirmation and next steps (typically a chargeback through your bank or PayPal).

How fast do sellers usually respond?

Typically within 1-2 business days. Larger sellers reply in hours; small shops can take a few days, especially on weekends.

Can I leave a review for the seller?

Yes — most stores have product reviews on the product page. Some also accept site-wide reviews through Trustpilot, Google, or social media.

I'm a seller — how do customers contact me?

Buyers reach you through the email and phone you set under Settings > Store details, plus any Contact page or social links in your theme. Make sure they're filled in and monitored.
