Refunds for orders placed on LaunchMyStore stores

How LaunchMyStore relates to your order

LaunchMyStore is the e-commerce platform — the software a seller uses to run their store. The seller is the merchant of record. They own the inventory, ship the order, and handle refunds and returns. LaunchMyStore itself does not sell products or hold the money from your order.

How to request a refund

  1. Open the seller's store. Their contact info (email, phone, sometimes WhatsApp) is in the footer and on the Contact page.
  2. Reply to the order confirmation email — it goes to the seller's support inbox.
  3. Include your order number (visible in the confirmation email and on the order status page) and the reason for the refund.

What to expect

  • The seller reviews the request against their refund policy (linked from the store footer).
  • If approved, the refund is issued through the same payment method you used at checkout (card, wallet, PayPal, etc.).
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank and country.
  • For partial refunds (e.g., one item returned out of three), only that item's amount is refunded.

If the seller does not respond

Try a second channel — phone, social DMs, or any other contact the store lists. If you paid by card and a reasonable time has passed with no response, you can contact your bank to start a chargeback. If you used PayPal, open a dispute through PayPal Resolution Center.

FAQ

Will LaunchMyStore issue a refund directly?

No — LaunchMyStore is the platform, not the seller. Refunds go through the store you bought from. We can sometimes help by reaching out to the seller on your behalf if they're unresponsive — email [email protected] with the order number.

Where do I find the seller's refund policy?

Most stores link their Refund / Return policy in the footer. It's also referenced from the checkout page.

How long do I have to request a refund?

Each seller sets their own window — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from delivery. Check the store's refund policy for the exact term.

Will I be refunded for shipping too?

Original shipping is sometimes non-refundable, depending on the seller's policy and whether the return is because of a defect. Defective or wrong items usually get a full refund including shipping.

What if the store has closed down?

Contact your bank or PayPal to initiate a chargeback / dispute. Also email [email protected] so we can confirm the store's status and provide what assistance we can.
