How to return a product

Returns are handled by the seller — the business behind the store you ordered from. LaunchMyStore is the software they use to run the store. Each seller sets their own return policy, return window, and return shipping rules.

Step-by-step

  1. Read the seller's return policy. It's linked in the store footer and on the order confirmation page. Key things to check: return window (e.g., 14 or 30 days), condition the item must be in, and who pays return shipping.
  2. Open the order status page from the link in your order confirmation email, or sign in to your account and open the order.
  3. Click "Request return" if the seller has the self-serve return feature turned on. Otherwise, contact the seller directly (email, phone, or WhatsApp from the store footer) with your order number and the reason for return.
  4. Wait for return approval and instructions. The seller will share either a prepaid return label, a pickup arrangement, or the address to ship the package back to.
  5. Pack and ship the item back, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  6. Track the refund. Once the seller receives the return and confirms condition, they issue a refund to your original payment method. Funds typically arrive in 5-10 business days.

What if there's no response?

If the seller doesn't reply within a few business days, try a second contact channel. If you still can't get a response, email [email protected] with the order number and we'll try to reach the seller on your behalf.
