Manage inventory and bulk-edit prices
Once your catalog grows, you'll need fast ways to keep stock and pricing accurate. LaunchMyStore tracks inventory per warehouse, lets you edit any product or variant in place, and supports a CSV upload for adding products in bulk.
Inventory basics
- Inventory is tracked per variant per warehouse. Add and manage warehouses under Settings > Warehouse.
- Give each variant an SKU so it's easy to identify across warehouses.
- Refunded orders can restock the variant automatically — you choose whether to restock when you process the refund.
Edit one product's inventory
- Go to Products and open the product (or open Inventory and click the edit icon on a row).
- Set the quantity for each warehouse you've enabled.
- Update the SKU, price, or weight on the same screen if needed, then Save.
For a product with variants, each variant has its own stock, price, and SKU, so you can adjust them individually.
Find low and out-of-stock products
On the Products page, open Filters and choose Low Stock or Out of Stock to see only the items that need attention. The Inventory page has the same filters, plus a Show low/out of stock toggle, so you can review and top up stock quickly.
Add products in bulk with a CSV
- Go to Products.
- Click the arrow next to Add New Product and choose Bulk Upload Products.
- Pick your import source — upload a CSV, or migrate from another e-commerce platform you're moving over from.
- For a CSV import, download the sample CSV from the upload screen, fill in your products, then drag the file in or browse to select it.
- Click Import. Your products are added to the catalog.
Export your catalog
From the same Add New Product dropdown, choose Download All Products to export your current catalog. This is handy for keeping an offline backup or preparing a file before a bulk import.
FAQ
How do I update the price on several products at once?
Open each product (or use the edit icon on the Inventory page) and update the price there. To set up many products at once, prepare them in a CSV and use Bulk Upload Products.
What unit are weights in?
You set the weight unit per variant when you add or edit the product — for example kilograms or pounds.
How do I quickly see what's running low?
Use the Low Stock and Out of Stock filters on the Products or Inventory page, then open each item to restock it.
Does inventory come back when I refund an order?
It can. When you process a refund or return, you decide whether to restock the returned items — turn restock on to put the units back into available inventory.
